KinnCentrix, LLC – Recovery and Behavioral Health Solutions – KinnCentrix provides services to the Behavioral and Recovery markets, principally acquiring licensing and accreditation for Residential, Intensive Out-Patient and Partial Hospitalization programs.

The Company additionally provides management and staffing of residential facilities, food and transportation services.

On behalf of corporate clients or individuals, KinnCentrix provides intensive case management services, inclusive of clinical assessments, program placements, sober companions, and transportation.

Aspire to College, LLC. – An Independent Educational Advisory Company that provides comprehensive guidance and support along with strategic planning to maximize a client’s posture within the competitive nature of selective admissions standards throughout the United States and internationally.

EDUInvictus: A division within Aspire to College that provides support services to students who are on the Spectrum (Asperger’s, Autism) who may also have co-occurring developmental issues. Advocacy and monitoring on behalf of the student with the school of choice, designing and implementing the Access services required in the classroom and residence life.

Robinson/Soares: A division with Aspire to College that designs retro-fits of dormitory rooms to accommodate students who have light and sound sensitivities.

International Trade Logistics: A service within Duty of Care Conference, global support is provided to corporate and ministerial trade mission programs.

Duty of Care Conference, LLC. – A strategic alliance of global preparedness consultants that produce and sponsor an annual international briefing on the state of “Duty of Care” practices in the Corporate, Higher Education, and NGO’s (Non-Governmental Organizations).
